Artistic Statement

Cloth, paper and mixed media are the mediums that I prefer. Presently I work in "SERIES" starting with a theme that I explore as long as the latter inspires and motivates me. Light, important in my works, orients my approach towards transparency/opaqueness, passage/obstruction, folding/deployment, projection/superpositioning, texture/uniformity, flatness/embossment and darkness/light.

My paintings are elaborated from a "Flash". Everything inpires me, particularly vocal and instrumental classical music as well as the texts that support them. These inspirations are, for me, the reflection of the soul and of spirituality in the broadest sense.
